2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display products, colors, and specifications accurately. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product images are for illustration. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include free standard shipping unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Your card will be charged when the order is placed. The charge will appear on your statement as ATHENFIT.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

Shipping, returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Warranty Policy, which are part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the shipping address you provided.

6. Promotions and Gifts

Free gifts, bonus items, and gift cards included with promotions have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be changed or ended at any time. If you return a promotional bundle, bonus items must be returned as well, or their value may be deducted from your refund.

7. Health and Safety

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at info@athenfit.com. We commit to responding within 24 hours on business days and resolving issues under our policies. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay the resolution. We reserve the right to provide order details, tracking information, and customer communications to your payment provider to respond to a dispute, and to decline future orders from customers who file unfounded chargebacks.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to ATHENFIT and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You confirm that your content is truthful and does not violate any third-party rights.

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or fraudulent orders, to interfere with the Site’s security, or to scrape or copy its content.
