30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your ATHENFIT products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item is in clean, resalable condition, with all included parts and accessories (bands, ropes, guides, etc.).
  • The item is returned in its original or equivalent protective packaging.
  • You have your order number or proof of purchase.

The following cannot be returned: gift cards, free bonus items received with a promotion (unless returning the full bundle), and items damaged by misuse or improper assembly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@athenfit.com with the subject “Return Request”, your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
  2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return warehouse address.
  3. Pack the item securely, write the RA number on the package, and ship it using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Email us the return tracking number.

The return address is provided by our support team upon request. Please do not send items to the address on your package or invoice — returns sent without an RA number or to an incorrect address cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping or send a replacement without requiring a return.
  • For all other returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3 business days of arrival), we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If a returned item shows signs of heavy use or is missing parts, we may issue a partial refund. We will always explain the reason by email.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

To exchange an item (for example a different color), submit a return for the original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the item you want.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL]. After the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can return it under this policy.

If there is any problem with your order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We resolve almost all issues within 48 hours, and a dispute can delay your refund by several weeks.
