Orders & Shipping

Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered within 10 business days after dispatch.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to update.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of purchase. Email info@athenfit.com with your order number.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Items may ship from different locations to reach you faster. Each package has its own tracking number.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. Email info@athenfit.com to start a return.

Where do I send my return?
Contact our support team first. We’ll send you a Return Authorization number and the return address. Returns sent without authorization can’t be processed.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Do your products have a warranty?
Yes. Every product includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

When will I get my refund?
Within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout.

Will I be charged again later?
No. All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.

How will the charge appear on my statement?
As ATHENFIT.

Yes. Our Pilates and low-impact gear is designed for all levels. Please consult your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.
